Is Sharestates open to foreign investors?

Yes, Sharestates is now open to foreign investors (also known as “non-U.S. persons”). To be eligible to invest as a non-U.S. person, you must fill out the W-8BEN (for individual) or W-8BEN-E (for entities) form and a color copy of your unexpired government photo ID.
